Delivery Method:

  • Download link: Provided instantly after payment confirmation
  • Email delivery: Sent to customer's email address within 5 minutes
  • Alternative access: Available on order confirmation page at healtboostr.myshopify.com

Delivery Timeline:

  • Standard: 5 minutes after purchase
  • Maximum: 24 hours (if email delays occur)

2. What You Receive

Upon purchase, customers receive:

6. Delivery Issues

If customer doesn't receive download link:

  1. Check spam/promotions email folder
  2. Check order confirmation page at store
  3. Contact thehealthboost@gmail.com with:
    • Order number
    • Email address used
    • Time of purchase

Response time: Within 24 hours Solution: Manual link delivery or order replacement

7. Content Storage & Backup

Customer's Responsibility:

  • HEALTHBOOST provides files, but does not store permanent backups
  • Customer responsible for downloading and backing up files
  • Recommend keeping ZIP file on external drive or cloud storage

If customer loses files:

  • We can re-send download link once (within 30 days of purchase)
  • After 30 days: Download may not be available

8. Changes to Shipping Policy

HEALTHBOOST reserves the right to update this policy.

  • Updates effective immediately upon posting
  • Customer will be notified of major changes via email
  • Continued use = acceptance of updated policy
